By accessing or using RecruitMS, you agree to these terms. RecruitMS provides applicant tracking and recruitment software for small businesses and recruiters.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. RecruitMS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use RecruitMS to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform.

Payments and Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

RecruitMS is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
